This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the websites of Aviv Growth Partners LLC, AGP LLC, AGP Ventures LLC, its funds and its affiliates (the “Sites”), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

  • Information You Give Us.  We may collect your‎ name, company, email address as well as other information you directly give us on our Sites.

  • Information Automatically Collected.  We automatically log information about you and your computer.  For example, when visiting our Sites, we may log your computer operating system type, browser type, browser language, the website you visited before browsing our Sites, pages you viewed, how long you spent on a page, access times and information about your use of and actions on our Sites.  We do not currently respond to “do not track” signals or other mechanisms that might enable you to opt out of tracking on our site.

  • Cookies.  We may log information using "cookies."  Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive by a website.  We may use both session Cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent Cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience on our Sites.  This type of information is collected to make the Sites more useful to you and to tailor the experience with us to meet your special interests and needs.

Our Sites may contain links to third party websites.  When you click on a link to any other website or location, including to social networking sites, you will leave our Sites and go to another site, and another entity may collect your personal information.  We have no control over, do not review, and cannot be responsible for, these outside websites or their content.  Please be aware that the terms of this Policy do not apply to these outside websites or content, or to any collection of your personal information after you click on links to such outside websites.  We encourage you to read the privacy policies of every website you visit.  The links to third party websites or locations are for your convenience and do not signify our endorsement of such third parties or their products, content or websites.




Our Sites are not intended for children under 16 years of age.  No one under age 16 may provide any information to or on our Sites.  We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.  If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on our Sites or through any of its features, register on the Sites, use any of the interactive or public comment features of the Site, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use.
